Custom Orders

Please note that this process has changed as of March 8, 2026. If you submitted this form before that date, there is no need to submit a duplicate. We will collect payment at the time you pick up your order.

If you would like to order something that is not in our online store, we welcome custom orders. The process works as follows:

1. You fill out the form below with as much information as possible. If you would like to order multiple copies or a specific edition, or need it by a certain date, please use the Notes section. Please do not enter any credit card information.
2. We will make sure the book is available from our wholesale distributor, then email an invoice to the address you provided and collect payment via our online store.
3. Once we've received payment, we will place the order.
4. The book arrives at the store. You'll receive an email that your order is ready for pickup. If you selected shipping instead, you'll receive tracking information.
   

Total timeframe: 1-2 weeks once payment is received, depending on the distributor. If you have not received an invoice within three working days (currently Wed-Sun), please contact us.

Availability: We'll let you know if the item is on backorder or unavailable from our distributors (rare, but it happens). In that case, we recommend ordering it from Bookshop.org or directly from the author for independent and self-published books.

Pickup: If you do not pick up your order within 30 days of its arrival at the store, we will refund your payment and place the book to the shelves for general sale. If you need an extension to this time, or would like to have the item shipped instead, please contact us.
