The Alice B. Toklas Cook Book

$16.99

This cookbook chronicles Alice B. Toklas's time with iconic figures like Hemingway, the Fitzgerald, and others through recipes. The recipes in there might be a bit specialized, I’d say daunting for beginner but potentially very rewarding. Some of the ingredients might take some grocery hunting and some might be dispensed elsewhere. In other words, there’s a cannabis fudge in there that sounds pretty sweet, mindful of this alongside a recipe fit to a Picasso diet. The book contains these originals and stands as a cool historical cookbook.  A fun history fact of this book is that it came about when the author was asked and subsequently refused an offer to write their memoir. (This book may contain a sharpie mark on the top or bottom edge and may show mild signs of shelfwear.)
